I bought a physical volume with this service. It's actually quite well finished and set for something which was essentially compiled from publicly generated content by an algorithm. I'm not certain how much—if any—human influence there is in setting it actually but I was quite impressed.
Bit expensive simply and then it is a ane off.

With most browsers yous can download anything equally a pdf. But impress and select "Print to pdf" (or like) every bit your printer.
